Host your event at Stokes Valley Football Club


Welcome to Stokes Valley Football Club, one of the few clubs left with its own operated venue space. We operate the space from 1st April to 30th September every year, making it ideal for meetings, seminars, and a wide range of social events. Our venue can comfortably host up to 200 people.

  • Fully Operated Bar Facility: Our fully operated bar facility is perfect for providing refreshments for weddings, engagements, or 21st birthdays. We can provide you with our current selection of beverages upon request and can order in selected beverages to suit your tastes. Please allow seven business days for us to procure any special beverage requests.


Costs and Pricing:

SVFC Management reserves the sole discretion of fixing or changing the price of hiring the Stokes Valley clubrooms. Venue hire will be charged at a flat fee agreed upon between the hirer and management before the period of hire commences.

Our standard pricing plan is as follows:

  • Full building use, no kitchen, no bar - $100

  • Full building use, with kitchen, no bar - $200

  • Full building use, with kitchen and bar - $350


Additional Information:

  • Special License for Bar Services: Use of the bar requires at least 21 working days’ notice of the event to ensure the correct licensing is applicable. Payment for the special license is included in the venue hire fee.

  • Terms and Conditions: When requesting the use of the bar, management will provide you with a list of Terms and Conditions to ensure your event meets all regulatory and statutory rules. This will include providing your own security for the event and ensuring every guest has been signed in.

  • Hot Food Requirement: Per the restrictions of our Bar License, if the bar is open, hot food must be available. This can be provided either by our caterer or by the hirer. It is the joint responsibility of the hirer and the SVFC Bar Manager to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Our online form makes the process easy and efficient, so there's no need to email us. Once you’ve submitted the form, a member of the management committee will be in touch to confirm your booking.

Please Note: If you’ll be providing your own food, indicate this on the form along with a brief description of the food.
